He has a strong bias toward action, a passion to win, and a heart for serving leaders who are passionate about their “cause”. Dave grew up in an Air Force family and has traveled all over the world. His interest in leadership began early as captain of sports teams and as an Eagle scout. He currently lives in the Charlotte, NC area with his beautiful wife, Chris, and his two best birthday presents, Logan and James. He is an active member at the Cove Church, and enjoys sports, reading/writing, and travel – both on mission and for pleasure.
